This year’s Passions event at the Dr. Peter Centre is set to be better than ever, with even more great restaurants to choose from and a martini bar courtesy of 1181.

The drink of choice for the evening? The Absolut Passion – a tasty blend of Absolut Berri Acai, cranberry and passion fruit.

Absolut Passion

2 oz Absolut Berri Acai Vodka
2 oz Cranberry Juice
1/4 oz Giffard Passion Fruit Syrup
1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass.

Tickets are still available for Passions (click here), but if you can’t make it out you can still enjoy an Absolut Passion at 1181. Until September 19th, $1 from all sales of the drink will be donated to the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.
