COQTAIL OF THE MONTH

COQTAIL OF THE MONTH

Get twisted with Homer St. Cafe and Bar’s Tennenbaum.

It’s Coqtail Time, that magical last Friday of the month when we introduce you to yet another fabulous libation from Vancouver’s finest restaurants and watering holes.

This month, we’re checking in with the newly re-opened Homer St. Cafe and Bar and it’s beverage Director, JS Dupuis. Named for his favourite movie, The Royal Tenenbaums, the Tennenbaum is a take on a Boulevardier that’s quirky, a little bitter and will make you smile. Kinda’ like the titular family in the Wes Anderson classic. He believes that Eli Cash would enjoy it.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1.5 oz Cutty Sark
1.0 oz Cinzano Orancio
0.75 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco

1 spray lemon oil (optional)

Using a julep strainer, strain into a rocks glass and add ice
