Here comes the sun with the return of Boulevard’s Sunday paella Series.

Valencia’s most important culinary contribution to the world is, without question, paella.

Vancouverites can once-again sample the national dish of Spain with the return of Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar’s Sunday Paella Series.

Sundays in March and April, Executive Chef Alex Chen and team will serve up a ticketed, three-course menu featuring traditional paella as the centerpiece. Think: Pacific octopus, local clams and mussels, prawns, chorizo sofrito, and rice baked in a saffron and shellfish stock.

The $49 per person ticket price includes a welcome sangria, a beet and Manchego salad and an orange crema Catalana for dessert.

It’s a great deal and one that sold out fast last year. So get in on the delicias now… and ¡buen provecho!
