LITTLE DUMPLING GANG

LITTLE DUMPLING GANG

Get steamed up for AIDS Vancouver’s 5th Annual Celebrity Dim Sum.

Before you go off on your wild long weekend of fun, save some scratch for one of the best foodie fundraisers in town. Yes, you little potstickers, AIDS Vancouver’s 5th Annual Celebrity Dim Sum at Sun Siu Wah Restaurant is coming up quick on Saturday, June 2.

And, FYI, tickets are disappearing faster than a plate of shaomai at a table of hungover barstars.

Presented by Telus’s fab CAYA boutiques, the yearly festival of tasty things wrapped in dough is a fundraiser for AIDS Vancouver’s Asian Community Outreach program as well as a chance to win prizes, eat award-winning dim sum and rub shoulders (and maybe chicken feet) with the city’s top media peeps, including Vanhattan’s man-about-town Fred Lee (pictured) and luminous Global Morning host Sophie Lui.

It’s dim sum, and then some.

5TH ANNUAL CELEBRITY DIM SUM
June 2 at Sun Sui Wah Restaurant (3888 Main St.), 11 am to 1:30 pm.
Tickets $50 online.
