WILD THING

WILD THING

Catch Vancouver’s first Wild Salmon Celebration this Saturday.

Our very own B.C. wild salmon is recognized around the world for its taste and quality. And now the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia is officially celebrating it.

Dive in to the first annual Wild Salmon Celebration at False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf this Saturday.

A veritable who’s who of out-of-town chefs from Toronto, Pemberton and Victoria will be pairing up with locals like Jesse McMillan of Campagnolo Roma, Robert Clark of The Fish Counter and Lucais Syme of Cinara, to name but a few. You can meander the tasting stations, wine in hand, with live music by the Don Hardy Blues Quartet.

That’s quite the lure…

WILD SALMON CELEBRATION
Saturday at Fisherman’s Wharf (1505 W. 1st Ave.), 6pm to 9pm
Tickets $49 online.
