As Western Canada’s largest gay club, Celebrities is one of your best bets for a night of tearing up the dance floor, surrounded by pretty young boys and girls. Expect crowds on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Tuesday nights are student nights and are usually packed with a mixed gay/straight young crowd anxious to take advantage of Tuesday’s reduced cover and drink prices (get there early to avoid a line up). Fridays are more of a straight night (although still gay friendly) and feature some of the top DJ acts in the world.

On Saturday nights, Celebrities pumps up the gay factor with hot go-go boys, drag performances, and resident DJs “the Threesome” playing high-energy vocal house. World-famous DJs have also been known to stop by Celebrities’ Saturday nights, including Peter Rauhofer, Hex Hector, Chris Cox, Boy George and more. Cover is usually $10, but be sure to check their web site for special events.
