THE BIG ONE
Canada 150 at Canada Place
What: Western Canada’s largest celebration is so big it lasts two days. Feel what it’s like to live in a country with less space but oddly, the same flag, as you jostle with the huge crowds for everything from a pancake breakfast, to fireworks (Sat., 10:30pm) to live performances from folks like Hey Ocean! and Dragonette!
When: Saturday and Sunday.
Where: Canada Place.
Why: True patriot love.
How much: Free!

EVERYONE LOVES A PARADE
Canada Day Parade
What: Still have patriotic ferver to burn off? Well, you can’t have too many parades, amiright?
When: Sunday, 5pm.
Where: Broughton St. along Georgia St., north down Burrard St. to Pender St.
Why: Another reason to be proud.
How much: Free!

We’ll be back on Wednesday, July 5 with an amazing giveaway for The Deighton Cup
Happy Canada 150!
