TABOO? SAYS WHO?

Pick up a new trick or two at the sex-positive Taboo Naughty But Nice Show this weekend.

We’ll admit that the annual Taboo Naughty But Nice Show has traditionally been a bastion of hetero humping — with its abundance of pole-dancing porn princesses, leather ‘n lace lingerie and suburban couples browsing the sex toy booths. But it’s always been a good time for the gays — especially if some brawny butch checks you out when his girlfriend turns her back (to check out a girl at the next booth, naturally).

And this year, the sexxxy show is getting a bit of a gay makeover. In addition to the slings, swings and what-the-hell-are-these-things?, Priape and Little Sister’s have stepped up and out by sponsoring the Mr. Taboo Vancouver fashion show as well as performances by drag diva and OutlooksTV personality, Connie Smudge, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 pm.

We’re willing to stick our, um, necks out and say that this year’s Taboo Show will be a gay ol’ time.
