Celebrity Dim Sum
What: ASIA (Asian Society for the Intervention of Aids) gives you the opportunity to be waited on by some of your favourite local celebrities, all while enjoying a fantastic meal!
When: Saturday, 11 am.
Why: Steamed buns from Jonny Staub.
Where: Sun Sui Wah Restaurant (3888 Main St.).

SNUGGLE
Silk Concept Demo Day
What: Provide will be hosting a Silk Concept event to showcase the benefits of sleeping with silk.  A portion of all duvets sold will be donated to the Streetohome Foundation.
When: Saturday, 11 am – 2 pm.
Why: Sleeping with silk is sexy.
Where: Provide (529 Beatty St.).
How much: Free to attend, duvets available for purchase.

SCREAM
Fright Nights at Playland
What: Fright Nights take over all of Playland for the scariest event in Vancouver.
When: Now until Halloween – 6 pm until late.
Why: Where else can you be grabbed in the dark by strangers?
Where: Playland at the PNE.
How much: $25 at the gate, $22 online ($5 more Oct 30th and 31st).
