Start with appetizers like tri-pepper crusted venison carpaccio or Salt Spring Island mussels with chorizo, tomato and Red Truck lager; then move on to mains like Howe Sound Pumpkin Ale braised beef short ribs with handmade yam gnocchi, basil and olive crusted lamb sirloin; or an 8 oz NY Steak with truffled café de Paris butter. And if you have a sweet tooth, Central’s in-house pasty chef whips up new creations daily.
